A beautiful plate. Confit duck leg from a local Virginia farm, served over aromatic green rice, cooked with cilantro, aji amarillo, and a local dark beer.

Our house-favorite. Fresh white fish caught locally, marinated in our iconic "leche de tigre," with a hint of Peruvian limo chili. It’s simply perfect.
